PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding machine which can be controlled by an optimum control algorithm for every die. SOLUTION: The control of the injection machine 1 is constituted to be controlled by a control profile 17a consisting of a control target including an injection pressure or an injection speed for each of a plurality of control steps, an algorithm 17b controlling the manipulated variable such as an oil flow of hydraulic power source or a motor speed so that an actual inspected values can follow the profile and a control parameter 17c such as a gain transfer function used for it. The evaluation of the performance of the algorithm at the injection machine 1 and the parameter is performed by carrying out a simulation 25c and adjusting the parameters by the steps which comprise a step of opening a control loop, a step of identifying a transfer function 25a of a control target at each step from the input/output data molded according to the profile, a step of determining, for every step, the optimum one among the plurality of closed-loop control algorithms in correspondence to the transfer function and a step of determining the transfer function, control target, algorithm and parameter for every step.
