PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an optical disk recorder which can form a channel clock signal of higher accuracy and can shorten the settling time necessary for obtaining the channel clock signal by stabilizing operation. SOLUTION: The output of an error signal So1 from a multiplication mode phase comparator 31, an error signal So2 from an initial pull-in mode phase comparator 32, and an error signal So3 from a write mode phase comparator 33 to a charge pump circuit 35 is automatically changed over by a control circuit 38 according to the state of a wobble signal WOB or land prepit signal LPP.
