PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular packing capable of preventing leakage of water from between an inner circumferential face of a valve housing chamber and an opening rim of a valve hole of a selector valve during a change-over action of the selector valve. SOLUTION: A third seal ring 28 and a fourth seal ring 29 used as the annular packing are rubber made rings comprising circular shapes, and cross-sectional shapes in parallel with a diametral direction are U-shapes comprising inner side lip parts 28a and 29a, outer side lip parts 28b and 29b, and connecting parts 28c and 29c used as a packing body. They are attached in annular grooves 25 provided around the valve holes 25e and 25f formed on a cylindrical part circumferential face of the selector valve 25 changed over to a plurality of acting positions. In the attached state, a sealing function is provided by contact of a tip side portion of each lip part 28a, 28b, 29a, and 29b having flexibility to the inner circumferential face of the valve housing chamber in a bent state.
