PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to generate electric energy for lighting night illumination during riding on a bicycle not to be a burden on a bicycle rider as much as possible and to utilize the generated electricity. SOLUTION: When a user runs on a road riding on a bicycle, vertical vibration energy 4 is generated on an axle 3 of the bicycle by unevenness of a bicycle tire 1 and unevenness of ground. A pendulum disc 5 attached to the bicycle generates rotation 6 by vibration energy 4 to rotate a rotary shaft 7 and a gear A. Rotation of the gear A causes rotation of a gear B attached to a generator 11 through a belt 9 and generates electricity.
