<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a specific slave transceiver significantly disturbs the communication performed by other slave transceivers, by exclusive use of a circuit by continuously performing framing in a semi-duplex optical wireless communication system in which a transmission permission is needed for conducting semi-duplex optical wireless communication. <P>SOLUTION: In the semi-duplex optical wireless communication system, each slave transceiver 3 appropriately decides the number of continuously transmitted frames (continuous transmission time) to a master transceiver 1, based on the number of slave transceivers 3 using identical master transceiver 1 as their repeater so that the slave transceiver 3 may smoothly make transmission to the master transceiver 1. By using the master transceiver 1 as their repeaters by monitoring the transmission applying signals, sent from the slave transceivers 3 to the master transceiver 1 or transmission permitting signals sent from the master transceiver 1 to the slave transceivers 3, the master transceiver 1 or the slave transceiver 3 have the function of detecting the number of the slave transceivers 3 as needed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
