METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CERAMIC LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic laminate which is capable of markedly restraining delamination or cracking from occurring in its marginal side face.

SOLUTION: An end side form holding conductor pattern 5 is formed between the opposed end margin sides 3a of adjacent capacity forming conductor patterns 3 between the ceramic green sheets 1 of a mother laminate 9 so as to keep separate from the end margin side 3a by a prescribed space, and a side form holding conductor pattern 7 is formed between the opposed end margin sides 3b of the adjacent capacity forming conductor patterns 3 between the ceramic green sheets 1 so as to keep separate from the end margin side 3b by a prescribed space. The mother laminate 9 is cut off so as to divide the end side form holding conductor pattern 5 into halves.
