PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve discharging efficiency and forcibly feed a homogeneous material by preventing the reverse flow phenomenon of a wet material from a discharge pipe side to a hopper side caused by back pressure in a piston type pressure pump. SOLUTION: In this pressure pump for forcibly feeding the wet material, as the pressure pump, the piston type pressure pump is used in which a pair of plunger pumps P, M to suck and deliver the wet material to the insides of cylinders 14, 14a are connected to an opening opened in a sliding plate 15 and arranged in parallel to each other, a stationary plate 30 is provided which is slidably faced and arranged to the sliding plate 15, whose discharge pipe connecting hole is connected to the discharge pipe 18 of the wet material and also whose suction pipe connecting hole is connected in parallel to suction pipes 17, 17a, and the sliding plate 15 is reciprocated in synchronization with the pair of plunger pumps P, M. A pitch Q between the cylinders 14, 14a of the plunger pumps P, M is set to be approximately twice the internal diameters of the cylinders 14, 14a, or set to be more than twice.
