PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate segregated disposal easily. SOLUTION: This building heat insulating body is provided with a surface material 17, a sheet member 11 deflectively deformable by man power and also closable by covering a frame 3 with its one surface 11a brought in contact with the surface material 17, and a resin foam heat insulating material 21 stuck to the other surface 11b of the sheet member 11 forming its vertical and lateral dimensions larger than inside vertical and lateral dimensions of the frame 3 by prescribed lengths. Furthermore, the building heat insulating body is, when the sheet member 11 is assembled to the frame 3 together with the surface material 17, composed in such a way that the circumferential edge 12 of the sheet member 11 abuts on outside surfaces (4a, 5a and 6a) of shaft members (4, 5 and 6), respectively, forming the frame 3 and also the respective ends 22 of the insulating material 21 are elastically deformed and tightly stuck to inside ends (4b, 5b and 6b) of the shaft members (4, 5 and 6), respectively. Also, when the sheet member 11 is removed from the frame 3, the heat insulating material 21 can be peeled off while deflectively deforming the sheet member 11. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
