PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window regulator capable of effectively using a space in a door panel. SOLUTION: This window regulator is composed of a front frame (a first frame) 53 extending in the lifting direction of window glass 51; a rear frame (a second frame) 55 extending in the lifting direction of the window glass 51; a first slider 71 movably engaged with the front frame 53; a second slider 73 movably engaged with the rear frame 55; an upper frame 101 provided to bridge the upper part of the front frame 53 and the upper part of the rear frame 55; wires 85, 111 and 86 arranged along the front frame 53, the upper frame 101 and the rear frame 55 to move in the same direction at the front frame and rear frame and connected to the first slider 71 and the second slider 73; and a drum 83 provided at the door panel of the door and wound with the wires 85, 86 to advance/retreat the wires 85, 86.
