PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device for a screen printer capable of surely replacing a roll with a small force. SOLUTION: A shaft 50 is journaled freely slidably in the roll axial direction on a block 58 which is installed on a frame 3 and has its one end serving as a cam, and a bearing 53 and a knob 56 for rotation are fixed to a bar 51 perpendicularly fitted to the shaft 50. Next, the bearing 53 is arranged along the cam and a second bearing 10 is regulated by means of a washer 18 by tensely fitting a spring 17 to the other end of the shaft 50 through a spring receiving member 16 between the block 58 and the other end of a shaft 50. The bearing 53 moves rotating on the cam by rotating the knob 56, the second bearing 10 moves in the direction where it becomes apart from a roll 2 resisting the spring 17 and the bearing 53 is held by a second dent(a stopper).
