PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform operation, control and data supply of a robot device by a generally widely spread cellphone. SOLUTION: The cellphone 10 and the robot device 20 are provided with transmission-reception means (communication means) 14 and 24, respectively, so that they may communicate each other. Signals or data for performing a control of a processing in the robot device 20 are supplied from the cellphone 10 to the robot device 20 via the transmission-reception means 14 and 24. The concrete control of the robot device 20 to be performed from the cellphone 10 is the setting of a driving control of the robot device 20 and character, feeling and action patterns, etc. of the robot device 20, for instance. Parameters of the character, feeling and action patterns of the robot device 20 can be supplied from the cellphone 10 to the robot device 20 according to the processing (call and reception of a mail, etc., for example) in the cellphone 10 and using states of the cellphone 10 (using frequency, data capacity and battery capacity, etc., for example).
