CURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR COATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve adhesiveness to organic and inorganic bases while keeping weather resistance and ensure disperse stability and sufficient storage stability of a resin coating in a hydrolyzable silyl group-containing acrylic copolymer which is the resin coating. SOLUTION: A coating composition to which adhesiveness to the organic and inorganic bases is imparted is obtained by reacting an acrylic copolymer containing a hydrolyzable silyl group and a hydroxy group with a polyfunctional isocyanate and forming a complex coating film having a siloxane bond and an urethane bond. A coating composition having a long-term storage stability and free from lowering of coating film characteristics after storage is obtained by further including a specific epoxy compound.
