PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive transfer sheet with no bond strength drop even under high-temperature ambience and unnecessary for its long-time curing at high temperatures, and to provide a laminate including the sheet. SOLUTION: The adhesive transfer sheet is such one that an ionizing radiation-curable adhesive layer 3 is provided on a substrate sheet 1. The adhesive layer 3 can be temporarily bonded even after irradiated with ionizing radiation, and the bond strength after the lapse of a given time from its temporary bonding is higher than that at the temporary bonding.
