PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reel for magnetic tape cartridge in which damage of the edge of a magnetic tape is little, winding shape is good, which is inexpensive, of which the accuracy of size/shape is good. SOLUTION: This reel 100 for magnetic tape cartridge comprises a hub 45 in which a magnetic tape 43 is wound on an outer periphery 45c and which has a cylindrical shape, and a pair of flange 47 attached to both end planes of the hub 45.
