PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LAN switch capable of returning to a high-speed connection mode in the case of shifting down to a low-speed connection mode. SOLUTION: When a transmission speed with a network device connected to each port changes to a low speed, negotiation processing of the corresponding port is started.
