PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cord holder which can be removed or held while a part of a plurality of cords is aligned. SOLUTION: The cord holder comprises a flat lower-part holder body 2 which receives a plurality of cords 1, a holding part 6 which is formed in inverted U shape to face the lower-part holder body 2 and holds a part of the plurality of cords 1 in aligned state, a flange 11 that faces the lower-part holder body 2 which is continuously formed at the lower end on both sides of the holding part 6, a fitting part provided to both the flange 11 and the lower-part holder body 2, a through hole 5 provided on each surface 4 adjoined by both flanges 11, and a binder 9 for binding the plurality of cords 1 in such condition as held by the holding part 6 through the through hole 5.
