The rotor hub is an internally accessible hollow part with at least one annular flange (1) for the attachment of a likewise internally accessible rotor blade and at least one stiffening bulkhead (3) in the annular flange region. The stiffening bulkhead is in the form of an internally accessible working platform at least on its inner surface (5) facing the rotor axle (4).
