<p>The device is assembled of a multitude of elastic slats (18) attached with their outer ends to the lateral elements (10, 12) of a rectangular frame. A number of slats (18) are replaced in one area (22), preferably where the shoulders of the occupant are meant to be placed, by a transversally positioned insert (30) with a recessed upper surface (32, 36) and provided with holding elements (24, 26, 28) at its outer edge fitting into the bearings (20) provided at the frame. The trough (30) is filled with a soft foam rubber pad (40), comprising a more rigid central area (44).</p> |
