The braking amplifier has a housing (1) divided internally by a movable wall (2) into a reduced pressure chamber (3) and a working chamber (4), a control valve (6) incorporated in the movable wall having a deformable valve body (9) and 2 concentric valve seats (7,8) used for controlling the effective pressure difference across the movable wall. A reaction element (18) has a working surface (A1) associated with an input element (10,11) and a working surface (A2) associated with an output element (12) and deforms as a reaction to the transmitted force for variation of the working surface associated with the output element. An Independent claim for an output element for a reduced pressure braking amplifier is also included.
