PURPOSE: Structure of a fender panel of a vehicle is provided to form structure, absorbing impact in a vehicle accident, to a fender-mounting part bolt. CONSTITUTION: Structure of a fender panel of a vehicle includes a hood panel covering a front engine room of the vehicle; a fender panel installed to the upper side of wheels of the vehicle; an upper bracket(11) combined to the lower horizontal surface of a vertical wall part of the fender panel, in a downward open state; a lower bracket(13) combined to the sides of the upper bracket by beeswax(12), in an upward open state; an apron member welded to the lower surface of the lower bracket; and curling plates(14) simultaneously adhered to the inner combined parts of the upper and lower brackets.
