MANUFACTURING DEVICE FOR CEMENT ADMIXTURE COMPOSITION MAINLY COMPOSED OF COAL ASH

PURPOSE: A manufacturing device for a cement admixture composition is provided to dry, grind and classify the raw material ash into a fine-ash having a desired level of water content and fineness, without depending on the particle diameter of the raw material ash. When using the fine-ash as a cement admixture substituting up to 30% amount of cement, properties can be improved for example, improved fluidity, reduced unit of water amount, low generation of hydration heat, high early strength and high chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing device for composition for a cement admixture comprises: a feed hopper(1) which can optionally adjust the discharging amount of bottom ash and fly ash; a weighing feeder(2) for measuring the mass of the discharged raw material ash; a burner(3); a cyclone(5) for collecting dried fine raw material ash; a bag filter(6); a rotary dryer(4) for drying the water content of the raw material ash to 1% or less; a mill(7) for grinding fine and coarse raw material ashes to have an average fineness of 4000-10000 cm2/g; a classifier(8) for classifying the raw material ash by its particle size; a bag filter(9) for collecting ash having a certain level of fineness; a primary storage chamber(10) for the fine-ash from the bag filter; an additive hopper(11) for adding an adjusted amount of chemical additives to the fine-ash; a mixer(12) in which 84-89wt% of the fine-ash and 4-16wt% of the chemical additives are mixed together to form a final product; a secondary storage chamber(13) for the final product.
