<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable bone filler and an agent for treating skin deficiency both containing a sustained zinc releasing calcium phosphate. <P>SOLUTION: A cure precursor of calcium phosphate cement is composed of fine particles of high temperature-type tricalcium phosphate [αCa<SB>3</SB>(PO<SB>4</SB>)<SB>2</SB>] having a zinc content of 0.004-0.075 wt.% and giving a cured material having a zinc content of 0.004-0.05 wt.%. The subject bone repairing filler is composed mainly of the calcium phosphate cement produced by using the cure precursor of the calcium phosphate cement as a raw material. The fine particle is composed of a high temperature-type zinc-containing tricalcium phosphate having a zinc content of 0.005-0.8 wt.% or a low temperature-type zinc-containing tricalcium phosphate [βCa<SB>3</SB>(PO<SB>4</SB>)<SB>2</SB>] having a zinc content of 0.005-7.0 wt.%.
