<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method excellent in mass productivity, while suppressing chipping and cracks at processing by providing an adequate strength to ceramic products of a small, thin or complicated shape drum core obtained by processing. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing ceramic members comprises a step for obtaining a ceramic material by adding and blending ceramic powder with an organic binder having an alcohol group, a step for obtaining a molded product 5 by molding the ceramic material 1 thus obtained into a predetermined shape, a step for resting the molded product 5 thus obtained in the air having an aldehydic group, a step for working the molded product 7, and a step for baking the molded product 9 after being worked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
