<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical care balloon satisfying high flexibility and high elasticity. <P>SOLUTION: This medical care balloon can be formed of a resin composed of a heat cured urethan elastomer. This composition can provide the medical care balloon having favorable characteristics such as adhesive property to a catheter and fatigue resistance as well as the high flexibility and the high elasticity.
