<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress sedimentation or flotage of an insoluble solid content such as jelly or juice sac contained in a milk beverage. <P>SOLUTION: The milk beverage is produced by cooling an aqueous solution obtained by dissolving a milk component and gellan gum by heating to a gel point or below while stirring the aqueous solution.
