摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct painstaking support by preventing overlapped information provision and customer support applied to a customer by the manufacturing division, the business division, and the sales division of merchandise (an information apparatus or the like); and to facilitate control of information provision security to the identical customer. <P>SOLUTION: Each division shares the information provision and a support state by applying unitary centralized management to information to be provided to the customer from the manufacturing division, the business division, and the sales division, respectively. Thus, information is shared, and the overlapped support is prevented.
