摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patterning method of an optical element surface with which an even pattern is effectively formed on the surface of an optical element and quality of the patterning is enhanced. <P>SOLUTION: By utilizing a patterning device of the optical element surface composed by including a die set part which has a supporting face to place the optical element, and in which a plurality of cooling pipes are arranged inside, a pinching part that is installed surrounding the supporting face of the die set part and that fixes the optical element, a die which faces against the supporting face of the die set part, and which is provided with a crimping face at which an insert die to form a prescribed pattern is installed, and which is installed with a heating means inside, and a drive means which is installed upward the die and which advances heat crimp to the optical element by driving the die, the optical element is fixed to the supporting face of the die set part, and by adjusting the position of the die, it is made to correspond to the above optical element, and the die is crimped to the optical element by a heat crimp method, and the pattern is formed by pressing the insert die into the optical element surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
