PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce water spraying amount for removing snow on a track slab. SOLUTION: When calculating stored snow amount on an elevated bridge, a bridge, and other structure, snow storable accumulated snow depth is calculated by taking amount of snow eliminated by a snow eliminating device into account. To explain concretely, snow storable accumulated snow depth D is calculated based on an expression 3 from a snow storage space S on the elevated bridge, roadbed concrete width Ws, width W of the elevated bridge, snow eliminating rateε, and ratioβof accumulated snow depth on the ground to accumulated snow depth on the elevated bridge.
