PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide expansible connection hardware connecting the exterior brick wall of a building with the external wall of the building tightly and capable of reducing a horizontal vibration force that an earthquake force gives to the brick wall by buffering and damping when an earthquake occurs. SOLUTION: In the case of a wooden building, L-shaped hardware 2 and a spring 3 are fixed to a shaft member of the external wall of the building with wood screws 1, and the spring 3 is tightly connected with a reinforcing bar of the brick wall with a hook 4. Or, hardware in which an adhesive and elastic body 3-1 are bonded between long L-shaped hardware 2-1 and rectangular hardware 5 with the wood screw 1 is fixed to the shaft member of the external wall of the building, and the hardware is tightly connected with a brick wall reinforcing bar with the hook 4. In the case of an RC building, an embedded anchor bolt 6 and a high nut 7 are joined and buried before placing concrete. After the removing of a form, spring hardware 2, 3 or visco-elastic body bonding hardware 2-1, 3-1, 5 are fixed to the external wall of the RC building and are tightly connected with the reinforcing bar of the brick wall with the hook 4 in the same way as above.
