PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction scaffold baseboard for carrying out construction that prevents a worker from stepping out of a scaffold. SOLUTION: The construction scaffold baseboard 1 equipped with a baseboard body 2 formed in a longer size placed between struts 16 arranged at predetermined intervals is so fixed that it is engaged back and forth so as to hold the struts 16 by the ends 3 and 4 of the baseboard arranged inside and engaged boards 7 and 11 arranged outside. The engaged boards 7 and 11 include projections 9 and 13 as means for controlling movement to the direction along the edge of a tread_board 18. The engaged boards 7 and 11 are narrower than cut sections 5 and 6, and they are symmetrical with regard to the center of the baseboard body. By such a constitution, the construction scaffold baseboard 1 can be easily fixed by only dropping it between the struts 16. A plurality of baseboards can be loaded. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
