PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for efficiently stripping a concealed part of a scratch card. SOLUTION: This medium processing device takes a scratch card 12, recognizes a position and the shape of a silver part by a line sensor 4, and stores them in a shape storage part 51, and an adhesive tape 14 is pressed to the scratch card on the basis of the stored contents, by an impact head 13 included in a separating mechanism 100, to strip the silver part.
