PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide partition hardware for continuous casting of different steel kinds capable of reducing an amount of crops by shortening a component mixing area of continuous casting of the different steel kinds and a method for continuous casting of the different steel kinds. SOLUTION: The partition hardware is provided with a partition plate, a pair of mounting rods erected on the partition plate and a pair of pressing rods and is formed by assembling the partition hardware by means of hanging materials and by putting one-side ends of the pair of the pressing rods and the other ends of the pair of the mounting rods into a coupling state. After the other ends of the pressing rods formed to an attachable and detachable and rotatable structure are freely turnably locked with a tool attached to a molten steel vessel, the molten steel vessel is lowered to push the partition hardware into a casting mold. A partition plate member for adjusting the width of the casting mold may be installed according to the width of the casting mold to the partition plate and the partition plate may also be provided with a guide for guiding the casting mold.
