X-RAY TOMOGRAM INSPECTING APPARATUS FOR POWER EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tomogram inspecting apparatus for power equipment for directly observing the deterioration of the power equipment.

SOLUTION: The X-ray tomogram inspecting apparatus for power equipment comprises a placement stand that is arranged on a substrate having hole sections so that it can travel freely, is rotated around a vertical axis, and is arranged nearly horizontally to the vertical axis; an X-ray generation section that generates X rays and is arranged so that the light axis of the X rays is inclined to the vertical axis; a means for converting an X-ray image being transmitted through the power equipment being placed on the placement stand to an optical image; a means for rotating the optical image; a means for converting the rotated optical image to an electric signal; and a controller for obtaining an X-ray tomogram by processing the electric signal. The controller controls the movement of the mount stand, and controls the occurrence of X rays at the X-ray generation section so that it is suitable for the X-ray tomogram of the power equipment.
