PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part insulating a lead-acid storage battery 1 from electrolyte liquid 6 accumulated in a tray 2 when the electrolyte liquid is leaked from the lead-acid storage battery 1 and accumulated in the tray 6. SOLUTION: An almost triangular pyramid-shaped insulation part 20 of which, the shape of the bottom surface is almost rectangular equilateral triangle, having a concave part 7 on the side surface, having a leg part 8 protruding downward at an almost middle part of the rectangular equilateral triangle, having a protrusion 9 for draining protruding downward on a part of or at the periphery of the almost rectangular equilateral triangle-shaped bottom surface, is arranged each at the four corners of the bottom surface of the lead-acid storage battery.
