摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To read an electrostatic latent image without lowering a resolution in a solid-state radiation detector where a conductive member is provided on a storage part. SOLUTION: The solid-state radiation detector 20 is constructed as follows: There are disposed a first electrical conducting layer 21, a recording optical conducting layer 22, a charge transfer layer 23, a reading optical conducting layer 24, a second electrical conducting layer 25, an insulating layer 30, and a supporter 18 sequentially on this order. A plurality of microplates 28 are provided on the storage part 29 formed along an interface between the recording optical conducting layer 22 and the charge transfer layer 23 for making electric charges of the latent image same electric potential independently for every pixel of the latent image. Thereupon, a relation: G≥0.2×d<SP>1.4</SP>holds where G signifies a distance between the microplates 28, and d the thickness of the reading optical conducting layer 24. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
