摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly illuminate a whole inspection area while securing some work distance between an optical disk and an imaging unit. SOLUTION: An inner peripheral side transparent region (inspection area 308) of a sticking type optical disk 122 is illuminated with a ring illumination 301 and imaged with the imaging unit 203 and spreading quality of an adhesive at the inspection area 308 is inspected. In such a case, each necessary member is set so that inequality of S2(1-LD/HD)<L1<S1(1+LD/HD)L2>S2(1+LD/HD) is satisfied in positional relation between an inspection area inner diameter S1, an inspection area outer diameter S2, an illuminating part inner diameter L1 of the ring illumination 301, an illuminating part outer diameter L2 of the ring illumination 301, distance LD between the ring illumination 301 and the optical disk 122, and distance HD between a first main point position H1 of the imaging unit 203 and the optical disk 122.
