PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily specify a caller at a delivery origin by allowing communication with the delivery origin for picture data with simple operation in reading a picture. SOLUTION: An agent 1 attaches the picture data A, B from advertisers 2a, 2b to mail to a user having a cellular telephone 3a and transmits the mail to the user. The telephone numbers of the advertisers 2a, 2b, respectively are inserted in the text chunks of the picture data A, B. For example, the cellular telephone 3a extracts the telephone number from the text chunk of the picture data B when the specified operation is done to the reading picture data B and automatically calls the advertiser 2b. The caller's telephone number of the cellular telephone 3a is informed to the advertiser 2b. Thus, the caller is easily specified.
