PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe-line analyzing system for reading piping diagram data prepared by a piping diagram preparing system different from this pipe-line analyzing system, for water vein analysis. SOLUTION: In a pipe-line managing system (B), at the time of reading piping diagram data 2 prepared by a CVD system, and using the data for water vein analysis, the coordinate data of a connecting point 17 of pipe-line diagram data 7 of at least one of two pipe-lines to be connected to each other in the read piping diagram data 2 and the coordinate data of the connecting point 17 of the pipe-line diagram 7 of the other pipe-line are provided with a predetermined error range 18, and when both the coordinate data of the connecting point 17 of one pipe-line diagram data 7 and the coordinate data of the connecting point 17 of the other pipe-line diagram data 7 exist in the error range 18, those connecting points 17 are commonly applied with a water supply intersection 19 expressing that they are connected to each other.
