The present invention relates to an apparatus for three-dimensional anaerobic exercise conforming to three-dimensional motion of the human body. The four-rod linkage has a ball joint as a basic structure, in which a third link connected to a first or second link can perform a circular motion to provide a three-dimensional track to a handle or a region of the linkage contacted by the human body so that the circular motion can be performed based on a variation in the side angle between the first or second link and the third link. |
