摘要 1. A male or female threaded component (2) for a seizure-resistant tubular threaded joint comprising male or female threading (104, 204), wherein a lubricating substance is deposited in a thin film (22) on at least the surface (14, 16, 18, 20, 54, 56, 58, 60) of the threads (12, 52) of the threading, said surface being treated to adsorb or absorb said lubricating substance. The lubricating substance consists of a homogeneous mixture of: a) a thickening agent; b) at least one extreme-pressure additive physically and chemically compatible with the thickening agent and comprising at least an extreme-pressure additive with chemical action called chemical EP additive and capable of being used at Hertz pressures not less than 1000 Mpa's; and c) an oil, wherein the proportions of the constituents of the lubricating substance are selected such that said lubricating substance has a consistency capable of ensuring a self-induced and film-forming lubricating process. The invention also concerns a method for producing the thin film. 2. A threaded component according to claim 1 characterized in that chemical additive or EP additive and a thickening agent are being soluble in oil. 3. A threaded component according to claims 1 or 2 characterized in that thickening agent comprises molecules of expressed polarity. 4. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-3 characterized in that thickening agent are chemically steady up to the temperature not less than 120 degree C, preferably 160 degree C. 5. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-4 characterized in that thickening agent is an organic thickening agent. 6. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-4 characterized in that thickening agent is a mineral thickening agent. 7. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-6 characterized in that chemical additive or EP additives are selected from the group of EP chemical additives based on sulfur or sulfur-containing, phosphorus, additives based on sulfur and phosphorus, chlorine and ethers, altered or non-altered fatty acids or on the base of esters. 8. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-7 characterized in that thickening agent is an oxidized petrolatum wax, wherein several chemical EP additives are used including sulfur-containing product, polybasic sulfonate and metal dithionic phosphate, oil is a mineral oil. 9. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-8 characterized in that chemical additive or EP additives comprise at least one EP additive of physical effect in a form of submicroscopic solid particles. 10. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-9 characterized in that at least one EP additive has slushing properties. 11. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-10 characterized in that content of EP additives in a lubricating substance is from 5 to 50 weight % and preferably from 15 to 32 weight %, EP additives comprise several EP chemical additives. 12. A threaded component according claim 11 characterized in that content of thickening agent in a lubricating substance is from 5 to 60 weight % and preferably from 8 to 40 weight %, oil content in a lubricating substance is from 30 to 75 weight %. 13. A threaded component according claim 11 characterized in that content of thickening agent in a lubricating substance is from 60 to 80 weight %, oil content in a lubricating substance is from 5 to 20 weight %. 14. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-10 characterized in that additive or EP additives comprise chlorinated wax, content of thickening agent in a lubricating substance is from 25 to 60 weight %, total content of EP additives in a lubricating substance is from 40 to 75 weight % and oil content in a lubricating substance is from 0.5 to 15 weight %. 15. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-14 characterized in that weight of deposited film of a lubricated substance is from 0.1 g/m<2> to 40 g/m<2>. 16. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-15 characterized in that the surface (14, 16, 18, 20, 54, 56, 58, 60) of the threads of the threading treated to adsorb or absorb a lubricating substance, is a surface of a film (32) selected from the group of phosphate films, oxalate or metal films. 17. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-16 characterized in that the surface (14, 16, 18, 20, 54, 56, 58, 60) of the threads of the threading treated to roughen said surface for adsorption or absorption of a lubricating substance. 18. A threaded component according to any of claims 16 or 17 characterized in that the surface (14, 16, 18, 20, 54, 56, 58, 60) of the threads of the threading is treated to adsorb or absorb a lubricating substance at a depth from 0.003 mm to 0.080 mm. 19. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-18 characterized in that it comprises at least one sealing support surface (208), wherein on each sealing support surface is deposited a thin film of a lubricating substance. 20. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-19 characterized in that it comprises at least one screwing support (210), wherein on each support surface is deposited thin film of a lubricating substance. 21. A threaded component according to any of claims 19 or 20 characterized in that all surfaces, on which are deposited thin film of a lubricating substance, are surfaces treated to adsorb or absorb a lubricating substance. 22. A threaded component according to any of claims 1-21 characterized in that a lubricating substance comprises at least 5 weight % of a dye that is not active according to antifriction properties. 23. A seizure-resistant tubular threaded component comprising male or female threaded component, wherein each of said components comprises proper threading, one threading is screwed up into another, and at least one of the two threaded components are threaded component according to any of claims 1-22. 24. A tubular threaded component according to claim 23 characterized in that only one of the two threaded components is a component (2) according to claims 1-22, wherein another threaded component (1) is at least on the surface of the threads (52) of the threading (203) deposited in a thin film of a lubricating substance. The lubricating substance consists of a homogeneous mixture of: a) a thickening agent; b) at least one extreme-pressure additive physically and chemically compatible with the thickening agent and comprising at least an extreme-pressure additive with chemical action called chemical EP additive and capable of being used at Hertz pressures not less than 1000 Mpa's; and c) an oil, wherein the proportions of the constituents of the lubricating substance are selected such that said lubricating substance has a consistency capable of ensuring a self-induced and film-forming lubricating process. 25. A method of depositing a thin film of a lubricating substance on a male or female threaded component for a seizure-resistant tubular threaded joint, wherein threaded component comprises male or female threading, said lubricating substance has adhesive viscous consistency and capable of ensuring a self-induced and film-forming lubricating process: a) homogeneous mixture is prepared of: - volatilizable solvent; - thickening agent; - at least one extreme-pressure additive physically and chemically compatible with the thickening agent and comprising at least an extreme-pressure additive with chemical action called chemical EP additive and capable of being used at Hertz pressures not less than 1000 Mpa's; and - mineral oil; b) a mixed fluid is deposited on a surface of the threads of the threading in a thin film of equal thickness. As a variant, a surface of the threads of the threading is treated to adsorb or absorb said lubricating substance; and c) natural or coercive boil-off of a solvent is carried out.
