PURPOSE: An elastic pavement for bicycles and inline skates of a multi-layer structure using waste rubber chips is provided to recycle resources effectively by reusing waste rubber, to cut down the cost by using low-prices waste rubber chips, silica sand and fine sand, to prevent the separation of materials and the distortion of a pavement member and to improve safety and durability. CONSTITUTION: The elastic pavement for bicycles and inline skates of a multi-layer structure using waste rubber chips comprises the steps of applying primer(7) evenly on the surface of concrete and asphalt concrete(8) with a thickness of 0.2¯0.4 millimeters, then applying binder(6) upward and adhering closely to a footing member, finishing up a surface layer, then coating an upper layer(4) with colors and finishing up to harmonize with the surroundings. |
