CONSTITUTION: After registration, a member reserves the desired goods from a few months ago, transfers the goods price, and waits for the fulfillment of an FOC standard(203). In case that all 16 members transfer the goods price, a winner is drawn by operating an FOC goods sales device(207). A drawn result is informed to the member through an e-mail, an ARS(Automatic Response Service), or the travel agency(104,206,304). |
