摘要 PURPOSE: A method of making fried rice cake(kangjeong) by mixing sugar liquid with powders of herbal plants such as Schizandrae Fructus, Corni Fructus, Artemisia princeps Pampan., Zingiberis Rhizoma or the like is provided. The product has a pharmacological action of components effective for prevention of adult disease, circulatory organ-related disease or the like as well as characteristic taste and flavor of fried rice cake. CONSTITUTION: Powders of herbal plants are mixed with puffed rice and sugar liquid, a half product coated with sugar liquid is formed to a thickness of about 2 to 5cm by a rectangular frame. Then, the formed half product is dried for 10 to 20min and cut. The herbal plants are one or more selected from Schizandrae Fructus, Corni Fructus, Artemisia princeps Pampan., Zingiberis Rhizoma, Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat., Gardeniae Fructus, Cinnamomi Cortex, pine needles, lemon peel, cocoa and curry.
