PURPOSE: A counterfeit bill detector for identifying counter bill by using an ultraviolet lamp and a magnet is provided to detect a counterfeit state of a bill by using an absorbing function of the magnet and using the ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION: A counterfeit bill detector for identifying counter bill by using an ultraviolet lamp and a magnet includes a darkroom cover, a body, and a magnet. A handle(12) and a darkroom(14) are formed at the darkroom cover(10). An ultraviolet lamp is inserted into a lower part of the darkroom cover. A battery storage unit and a switch are formed at one side of the body. The magnet is adhered on a bottom part of the body.
