PURPOSE: A shock absorber having inside space for absorbing shock is provided to prevent a package from breaking and getting damaged during its transportation or treatment. CONSTITUTION: An outer pulp absorber(7) and an inner pulp absorber(6) are combined together in one. Two absorber(6,7) are formed properly to a shape of a package being contained. Generally both of two absorbers(6,7) have a bottom plate to support one of sides of the product and a fence(1) shielding a part of the product. The inner pulp absorber(6) is lower in height than the outer pulp absorber(7). When two absorbers(6,7) are overlapped, a inside space(2) between the outer pulp absorber(7) and the inner pulp absorber(6) is formed. The formed space(2) absorbs shock to the product.
