PURPOSE: A method, a program, a medium, and a device for processing information are provided to process a function or a routine of a file without linking with a program of a requesting part and a processing part on a standalone or a client/server architecture program field. CONSTITUTION: A service processing request is received(S1). At least one from the files including a library, an object, a compiled target file, an execution file, and a component file is accessed. The function related to the service processing request in the files including the library, the object, the compiled target file, the execution file, and the component file is processed(S3).
