PURPOSE: A rear-view mirror system integrated with a rear spoiler is provided to prevent the noise and damage of a rear-view mirror by integrating the rear-view mirror with the rear spoiler installed at the rear of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A rear-view mirror system integrated with a rear spoiler is composed of the rear spoiler having a holding space, a rear-view mirror(100) rotatably held in the rear spoiler, and a rotating unit for rotating the rear-view mirror. The rotating unit includes a rotary shaft(110) for fixing the rear-view mirror, a slider(120) enclosing one end of the rotary shaft, an electromagnet(140) attracting the slider, and an elastic member(130) for pushing the slider in the opposite direction.
