PURPOSE: A bomb disposal device is provided to protect workers from the explosion of a blind shell by automatically removing the blind shell. CONSTITUTION: A bomb disposal device is composed of a shell cap(100), a forward operating unit(200), and a forward pressing unit(300) installed at the rear of the shell cap. The shell cap is inserted into the inside of a barrel, corresponds to the front of a shell in shape, and detects the blind shell(4). The forward operating unit moves the shell cap forward to the blind shell. The forward pressing unit presses the shell cap by the forward movement of a lead unit(340).
