PURPOSE: A sensible telephone is provided to obtain a physiological signal and a voice of a telephone user, and to analyze the obtained signal and the voice, in order to perceive psychological/stress states of the user, thereby lowering or removing stress of the user. CONSTITUTION: A card(2-6) is built in a telephone to process a human physiological signal. Electrode-type sensors(2-1,2-2) are used for measuring the physiological signal. An interface receives the physiological signal of a user. The physiological signal and the voice of the user are analyzed through a microphone(2-4) and a speaker(2-3) as analyzing a voice of other party. The user's psychological state, fatigue state, and emotional state are synthetically perceived, to produce aroma or convert a voice of the other party according to the emotional state of the user.
