EXTENSION METHOD FOR BUILDING USING CANTILEVER STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: An extension method for a building using a cantilever structure is provided to cut down the cost required for reinforcing a foundation and a column, and to prevent the loss caused by stopping the use of a building by using the inside of a building continuously. CONSTITUTION: The extension method for a building using a cantilever structure comprises the steps of: installing a free end bearing member(40) containing primary, secondary and third temporary base plates on the uppermost end of the existing building; installing a column provided with a permanent base plate coupled to the upper part of the primary temporary base plate to fix to a free end of a cantilever member(30); installing one or more columns(34) to support a fixed end of the cantilever member(30) and installing a cantilever member(30) and a beam(32) on the columns; removing the primary temporary base plate of the free end bearing member(40); placing a slab for an extended layer and removing the secondary temporary base plate; after a finishing work, removing the third temporary base plate.
